Dental prosthesists

In narrow collaboration with dental prostesists, KALLISTO has developped a digital chain adjustable according to their needs and dediczted to their job, including:

1- A non-contact digitalization system which will allows to create in an automatic way the on-measure model of the jaw and of the dentition of the patient. Excat impression takings which are used as basis to creae the prosthesis, to store and to evaluate the patient situation.

2- A work of creation of the dental prosthesis very similar to the traditional work. Using the touch-sensitive arm for processing, Freeform Byosys which has been developped especially for dental prosthesists, the system allows the digital creation of the prosthesis.

3- Three possible ways of manufacturing:

 3D printing: Manufacturing the model in a castable wax for a lost-wax exploitation for a high level of production.

 Wax milling: Manufacturing of the model in a castable wax for a lost-wax exploitation.

 Direct milling in the material prosthesis: The prosthesis is diectly milled in zircon.

BYOSYS Dental is the first soution allowing the manufacturing of dental prosthesis in putting a combination of digital tools to the disposal of the prosthesist, to retranscribe the traditionnal moves, for an on-measure work.
